

This 106m2 stylish apartment is located in residual area of Niechorze, just ca 100m from the Baltic See beach. It is fully equipped (including free WiFi) and suitable to host maximum two families.
The apartment is located on the first floor, in the 8 locals condominium with elevator, build in 2023. The entire place is gated; one of the parking places inside, and one outside the gate will be available for you.On the fourth floor, there is a roof terrace available for all the guests, from which you can observe the entire neighborhood. Despite vicinity to the seaside, this calm localization provides also all other infrastructure in within walking distance (restaurants – 3 min, groceries – 4 min, museum – 5 min, etc.).













The fully equipped apartment is composed of a large, ca 50m2, open space with sitting - dining area and kitchen, with island. There are also two bathrooms, two bedrooms with double comfortable beds, one kids room with bunk bed and sofa that could serve as extra bed. Additionally, if needed, we are providing a crib with extra mattress and bedclothes. Around entire apartment you can enjoy ca 60m2 terrace with comfortable sittings and tables.
Niechorze (German Horst until 1945) is a village located in north-western Poland between the Baltic Sea in the north and Lake Liwia Łuża in the south. At the beginning, Niechorze was a typical fishing village, now it is considered one of the top holiday resorts/destination on the Polish coast, with a seaside swimming area and a marina. Many attractions available within walking distance (including wide beaches, a lighthouse built in 1863–1866, a miniature park, a butterfly house, a narrow-gauge railway, a fishing museum) make it attractive not only for beach lovers but also for more active guests. The proximity of towns such as Kołobrzeg, Wolin or Międzyzdroje makes it a great starting point for day trips.
